Background

My work spans three areas: partnering with schools as a Leader in Me Coach, providing one-on-one executive coaching for leaders navigating complex challenges, and training teams to use CliftonStrengths to improve how they communicate, collaborate, and perform.

I hold credentials as an ICF Associate Certified Coach and a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, and I've spent much of my career in leadership roles in public education. That experience gives me a practical perspective on leading the people who depend on you.

Coaching Philosophy

I believe every person has more potential than they have fully discovered. Often, that potential begins to surface when they have the right space, the right questions, and someone who will listen deeply without rushing to give advice.

I do not enter a coaching relationship with a predetermined agenda or a one-size-fits-all process. My role is to help you slow down enough to think clearly, identify what matters most, and take intentional action that aligns with who you are and how you want to lead.

Whether I am coaching an individual leader, a team, or a school, the goal remains the same: meaningful growth that is practical and sustainable.
